Where your records sit, and who can open them.
These controls describe Verbrio-hosted delivery, our default. Customer-hosted arrangements are assessed for the individual project.

Encryption in transit and at rest.
Data and connection credentials are encrypted during transfer and while stored.
Access through membership and roles.
Organisation membership and role permissions govern access. During setup, we agree who needs to open the records and what connected tools may do.

Document reading and search can involve external providers. Your project setup identifies the providers used, processing locations and applicable data-handling terms.

We identify the providers and their roles for your project before customer records are introduced.
Customer-selected tools and marketplaces can operate under your own agreement with that service. We agree who controls access and authorises the exchange.

The linked documents are review drafts. Your project needs the applicable processing arrangements completed, including permitted use, providers and return or deletion of records. Service levels are agreed per contract.
