What's included

  • Manage orders, create Refurbed shipping labels, add device identifiers and upload invoices. Link existing offers to products and choose whether to sync stock.
  • Customer tickets stay connected to the order. Reply with attachments, translate a message and open the original when you need it.
  • New Refurbed listings are not created from Verbrio. Refunds are separate from rejection or cancellation and depend on whether Refurbed marks the item as refundable.

Warehouse records hold units, costs and sales prices. The product list shows total stock and availability by location.
