What browser storage does
Cookies and similar storage remember information between visits or pages. Verbrio uses necessary storage for functions such as language, security and remembering your privacy choice. Sign-in and application preferences apply when you use the separate Verbrio application.
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on verbrio.com and in the Verbrio application. “Storage” below includes cookies, local storage and comparable technologies.
Necessary storage keeps language, security, sign-in and consent choices working. Optional PostHog browser analytics and session recording on our website and application are completely off until you accept them. We do not use advertising cookies.
These mechanisms provide requested features, protect the service, maintain a signed-in session or remember a setting. They do not require analytics consent, though browser controls can block them and may break those features.
Your saved choice
The cookie_consent cookie records your analytics choice, the policy version and the time you decided. The current framework sets it for up to 12 months and shares it across verbrio.com and its subdomains. On a locally hosted website, the choice stays with the local host.
A new consent policy version causes the framework to request a fresh choice.
Storage we use
Names containing an asterisk are families of cookies whose exact suffix can vary by environment or account. Durations are maximums unless you clear or change the setting sooner.

Optional analytics
Where PostHog is configured, its browser analytics and session recording start only after you accept analytics. They can collect page interactions, device and session information and technical diagnostics. Rejecting analytics keeps these optional functions off.
The current recording configuration masks page text and inputs. That setting is a technical control, not a reason to put confidential customer records into public website fields.
If you accept, PostHog helps us understand use of our public website and application, record sessions, diagnose errors and improve them. Your choice is shared across verbrio.com and app.verbrio.com. Before acceptance, and after rejection or withdrawal, PostHog browser capturing, session recording and persistence are disabled.
Changing your mind
Use the cookie settings button to reopen the existing consent controls and accept or reject analytics. You can also remove stored information in your browser. Blocking necessary storage may affect saved preferences, sign-in or security checks.
On your first visit, choose “Accept analytics” or “Reject analytics”. Rejecting does not reduce the core service.
Use “Reset cookie settings” on this page at any time to review, change or withdraw your choice. Rejecting then opts the browser out immediately and disables further PostHog browser persistence. You can also clear existing browser storage in your browser settings.
Browser controls can block all storage. If they block necessary mechanisms, language selection, sign-in, security checks or saved preferences may not work.
The booking calendar
Booking links open a separate Google calendar page. The calendar is not embedded in this website. That external service can use its own cookies and settings under its own policy; the Verbrio analytics choice does not control another website.
We initiate optional browser analytics and session recording through PostHog on verbrio.com and app.verbrio.com only while your shared consent choice is accepted. Server-side product events that use no browser storage are covered by our Privacy Policy. If you follow a link to Polar checkout or connect another service, that separate service may use storage under its own policy and your relationship with it.

Keeping this page accurate
The storage inventory must reflect the cookies and browser storage used by the website and application, including any provider security cookies. Questions about browser storage or personal information can be sent to our legal inbox.
We update this page when our storage changes. A new consent version makes the previous analytics choice stale and asks you again before analytics resumes.
