Not always. If the problem is clear, we scope the project directly. The €1,500 assessment is for an unclear process or source material that needs review before we can quote. We credit it in full if you proceed with the recommended implementation.
The Platform keeps completed workflows running. Partnership sets aside an agreed amount of our time each month for new workflows and improvements. The Platform is included while your Partnership is active.
If the next workflow is clearly bounded, it becomes another fixed-price project. If you have a continuing list of improvements, Partnership gives you an agreed amount of our time each month. We agree the work before it starts.
The quote depends on the number and quality of the sources, matching difficulty, missing identifiers, manual review, urgency and risk. Volume is one input, not a per-page price.
