Ready for a Thuiskopie audit, with evidence you can trace.
We reconstruct your historical purchase and sales data from invoices, emails, spreadsheets and your own systems. You get one file in which every line points back to its source document.
For contractants with a reporting or audit question.
You import or sell devices or storage products, and a question has come up about your reporting or your history. The supporting evidence sits spread across invoices, mail folders, stock lists and systems you no longer use.
- An audit or a request for information
- Reporting that is not complete
- Years of records in loose files
A reviewed file you can hand on.
You receive structured records for yourself and for your accountant or lawyer, with the gaps clearly stated. You get all your files back as one clean, organised folder, sorted and renamed, and alongside it a spreadsheet or database with the data that needed extracting.
Traceable
Every line points back to the source document it came from.
Reviewed by a person
Wherever the software was unsure, a colleague assessed the case.
Gaps stated
Anything we could not establish is listed as an open point.
Five years of history, roughly 8,000 documents.
For a Dutch customer we built software that classified the documents, extracted the data and matched purchases to sales, with human review of the exceptions. The result was a structured file that traced back to the source and that the customer used with their lawyer.
This result belongs to the project described.
The price follows the number of documents and pages.
- To start, including the first 250 documents
- €995
- Up to 25,000 pages
- €150 per 1,000 pages
- More than 25,000 pages
- Fixed quote
We first review a representative sample and then give you a fixed price. It depends on the number of records, the number of sources, the condition of the data, how difficult the matching is and how much manual review is needed.
We deliver the records, not the judgement.
Verbrio reconstructs and structures the records so an accountant, adviser or lawyer can work with a clearer, traceable dataset. We do not provide legal advice, accounting assurance or a guarantee of a particular audit, dispute or liability outcome.
Let's find out what is in your archive.
Tell us which files you have and roughly how many there are. After that you know what can be reconstructed and what it costs.
