Why we built Verbrio
Verbrio delivers automation services for work that starts with business documents. Our existing document-processing and workflow software reduces what needs to be built from scratch.

An invoice records a purchase. A supplier file tells a buyer what has arrived. A customer order asks the business to act. Reading the file is useful, but its value comes from what the business can do with the information. That is the work we focus on.
The document contains the information. Someone still has to use it.
Our early work focused on making business documents usable through extraction, classification and filing. In marketplace operations, we also worked with orders, stock, shipments and invoices. Seeing those records together made the wider job clear. People were still joining up the steps between them.
A business could have the order in one system and the invoice in another, yet still depend on a colleague to make sure everything happened. The opportunity was to carry the information through the process, with the checks and decisions the business needed.
Deliver the process, with a head start on the software
Verbrio now provides automation services for established businesses. We start with a specific process and implement the route from incoming documents to checked information, records, routine actions and outgoing documents. Your systems and rules shape the result.
We already have software for document processing and operational workflows. That reduces what needs to be built from scratch. We configure and adapt those capabilities, connect the relevant systems and develop missing parts where the project needs them. AI helps with particular tasks, while people handle decisions and exceptions that need judgement.
Behind every document, there's work to be done. We automate it.
Sometimes the work is to reconstruct what happened
A new process cannot answer every question about the past. Historical purchases and sales may be scattered across scans, emails, spreadsheets and systems. That is why we offer historical records reconstruction as a separate service, with links to the sources and gaps kept visible.
Both services put document information to work. Automation helps the business move through recurring tasks with less manual administration. Reconstruction makes historical information accessible for reporting and evidence questions. Each project has a defined result, with the scope, testing or review, and handover agreed around it.
Start here.
- 01Bring a document that starts recurring work and show what your team does with it.
- 02Identify the information, checks and next action needed to finish that job.
- 03Decide whether you need historical records reconstructed, future work automated or both.
